    • Initial session is free of charge

    • 50-minute session at £50

    Sessions are usually scheduled at the same time and place every week.

  • I have some fee adjusted spaces - to find out my current availability for those, please get in touch.

In-person and remote options

I provide a supportive space for our work together, offering in-person sessions in Brighton & Hove, and Eastbourne.

For those seeking extra flexibility or a more comfortable setting at home, I also offer remote therapy sessions.

My hours are adaptable to suit different schedules — please get in touch to discuss a time that works for you.
